Mr. Lewis has been in the business of property management for over fifty (50) years, growing up in the family owned business. He has participated in construction and company owned real estate investments, i.e., hotels, apartment complexes, shopping centers and garden office buildings. For thirty (30) years he was actively involved in the operation and expansion of Patrician Management and affiliates. Mr. Lewis is currently the Chairman of Patrician Management, LLC.

Patrician Management, LLC has managed apartments, office buildings, shopping centers, build to rent/single family homes, and he has overseen the development of a property management company. Real estate holdings, both past and present, are investments in Louisiana, Georgia, Alabama, Florida, and Missouri. More recently he is a Managing Member of Louisiana Navy Family Housing, LLC, a multi-family military housing partnership with the Department of the Navy.Â
