Chris is the General Counsel of Boh Bros. Construction Co., L.L.C. In this role, Chris is responsible for all aspects of Boh’s legal department, including overseeing and managing contract negotiation, regulatory compliance, claims, dispute resolution, policy development, training, audits, and investigations. Â
Prior to joining Boh, Chris was a partner with Kilpatrick Stockton, L.L.P. (now Kilpatrick Townsend L.L.P.) in Atlanta, Georgia and McGuire, Wood & Bissette, P.A., in Asheville, North Carolina, where his practice focused on construction law. Chris represented owners, general contractors, subcontractors, and design professionals on a variety of legal matters, from contract negotiations to litigation. Â
Chris is a LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Accredited Professional and previously was a licensed general contractor in North Carolina. He has served on the boards of several construction industry related associations and organizations.
Chris received his Juris Doctorate degree from Tulane University Law School and his undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia.
