Mr. Generes has worked in the construction industry since high school and later graduated from LSU
Construction Management in 2001. Before graduating, Christian interned for another large New
Orleans-based firm for two summers assisting with estimates and submittal reviews. Once he began his full-time career at Landis, he started off as a member of the Estimating staff before being promoted to Assistant Project Manager to work on several projects. He has taken on many roles since then, including Business Development, Vice President of Preconstruction and Executive Vice President. In his current role as President, Christian oversees Preconstruction and Construction Operations for Landis. He works with incredible team members to lead development, job performance, contract negotiations and client relations. His experience in estimating and knowledge of project management enhances his ability to be able to coordinate every phase of a project, from preconstruction to completion, and create value-adds for all team members.
Christian enjoys staying involved in community and industry-related organizations such as Legatus,
Louisiana AGC, New Orleans Career Center, ACE Mentor Program, Goodwill Industries as well as serving on the board for the schools & clubs that his three children attend. On a more personal front, Christian spends his free time on the tennis court and traveling with his wife and kids.
