Mr. Kirby Stumpf if a third generation General Contractor and began assisting his mother input payroll at the age of 12.  He is a graduate of Louisiana State University and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management in 1994 which was then called Construction Technology. Â
Mr. Stumpf has been working for Pittman Construction companies since college graduation and has 30 years of extensive experience in working on large municipal, drainage, water, sewer, energy, and hurricane protection projects in south Louisiana. Â
In 2004, he was one of the founding members of M.R. Pittman Group, LLC and in 2016, became President where he remains today. Mr. Stumpf has been involved in managing over 2 billion dollars in construction work where he especially enjoyed managing fast track projects as well as complex mechanical systems.Â
Mr. Stumpf stays involved with LSU and it’s construction management program while being a member of the LSU Construction Industry Advisory Council. He and others at M.R. Pittman enjoy hiring and developing graduates from the LSU Construction Management program as well as LSU’s Civil Engineering program.
Mr. Stumpf currently resides in River Ridge with his wife, Michelle, while raising their two boys.
