Matt is Associate General Counsel for ENFRA (formerly Bernhard), overseeing the legal needs of ENFRA's Delivery Segment. In this role, Matt is responsible for all legal service to ENFRA’s mechanical and electrical contracting groups, its engineering group, as well as its Energy-as-a-Service delivery group. Matt oversees claims, dispute resolution, training, and development of policies/procedures, as well as general matters that arise in course of any business. ENFRA’s Delivery Segment operates coast-to-coast requiring Matt to maintain relationships with a network of attorneys throughout the country.
Prior to joining ENFRA, Matt worked in private practice providing counsel to all levels in the construction industry including owners, general contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, architects, and engineers. Matt is a Tulane Law School graduate, and also has an accounting degree from LSU. Matt is involved in the ABA Construction Forum, as well as other professional organizations.
